Mt. Helix
Neighborhood of the city of La Mesa
Established: 1885
Originally a ranch owned by Hubert Howe Bancroft he called "Helix Farms" where many olive trees were planted it was later sold into smaller plots. The large point Mt. Helix has a community park at the top with views of most of San Diego. The park features a large illuminated Cross.
